It's a four way stretch blend of 88% Supplex and 12% Lycra. It feels like you are wearing cotton, but it's Supplex!

It's very light weight, not shiny, not see through, and dries quickly!

Our customers who do yoga love this fabric! Its not as constricting as the Brazilian Supplex.
