What is required
from you
- Resale Permit: The law
requires that persons buying wholesale and selling retail must have
a resale number. This permit allows you to collect sales tax for the
state from your customers. All you have to do is contact your local
state board of equalization and tell them that you want to get a
seller's permit. Its easy and there is no cost to you for the
permit. Fitness Fashions requires a copy of your resale permit on
file before we can conduct business with you.
- Certification: Fitness
Fashions requires a photocopy of your specialized certification on
file as either a group fitness leader or personal trainer. This is
to insure that you are really in the fitness industry.
- Minimum Orders: Fitness
Fashions requires a $300.00 minimum order for all wholesale
