Fitness and Intelligence (2013-09-25)
Being fit helps people with health problems, with happiness, and with lifestyle issues of all kinds - and people aren't afraid to tell you about it. In fact, most fitness fans will jump at the opportunity to recount how their life was changed as soon as they took up a regular exercise regimen. One often overlooked aspect of physical fitness, however, is its effect on our intelligence. So, next time you hesitate before heading off to the gym, remember that you're doing it for your body and your mind.
