Berry Delicious Smoothie
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (any combination of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1/4 cup strained greek yogurt (vanilla or fruity flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened soy protein powder
  • Fresh berries (optional)
Preparation: Add items to blender, blend until smooth. Then garnish with fresh berries.
