Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. FitnessFashions.com will gladly accept eligible returns/exchanges - see our policy below.
- We are happy to accept unwashed, unworn items within 45 days of receiving your items only in original condition.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The shipping fee on the initial order is non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if upon receipt, the merchandise is NOT in it's original condition. We may charge a restocking fee at our discretion of 5% to 50% in such circumstances.
- Returns and Exchanges are NOT offered on international orders
- For returns or exchanges beyond the 45 day window, please get in touch with us.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
- Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
SHIPPING FEE
- When order total falls below $150 when returning items, if FREE shipping was originally given it will be deducted when processing your refund. This fee is $8.95.
BRAND: ONE STEP AHEAD
- These items are custom made, and we charge a 20% restocking fee
BRAND OFFERS
- If you purchase items that requires “brand and minimum dollar amount to be spent” and you fall below the threshold when returning merchandise, you will no longer receive the discount given.
EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
- Black Friday Sales: These items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or store credit.
- Exchange Process: Customers cover the cost of the return shipping label and receive free shipping for the exchanged item.
- Store Credit Bonus: Store credits are issued as gift cards with an added 5% bonus to the original amount.
Please allow us 7 business days after receiving your package to process a refund. You will get an email confirming the refund/store credit/exchange. We are not responsible for the time it takes your bank to post the credit.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
- Items marked "Black Friday" or "Last Chance"
- Items without tags
- Items not in original condition
- Items tried on with a perfume or lotion or washed
**You must pay to ship the returned item to us whether doing an exchange or a store credit**

For your protection, we suggest that you return your package insured by UPS or USPS to ensure a tracking number is assigned to your package. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or packages. (Out of the country shipping is not covered by this policy.)
