Exercising in the Heat
  • Set your alarm for an early morning yoga session.
  • Schedule your runs for when there are summer showers. It makes a nice change of pace, and is a good way to cool down.
  • Spend a day at a water park. You'll be cool and active all day!
  • If you have a free morning and some friends, plan a mini triathlon. Run for twenty minutes, bike for thirty, and finish with a few laps in the pool.
  • Take an evening walk. Whether it's quiet alone time or in a park with your dog, it make s a nice end to the day.
