Halibut with lemon and tomato

This recipe is a great spring meal that is light and fresh.
1T EVOO
8oz of halibut
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
3T unsalted butter
4T fresh lemon juice
4-5 cloves of garlic
4T freshly chopped basil
Heat olive oil until shining over medium heat. Add halibut to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium low and add tomatoes, garlic, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add basil and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until halibut is cooked complete.
Serve with couscous or orzo pasta.
