Halibut with lemon and tomato

Add halibut to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Lower heat to medium low and add tomatoes, garlic, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add basil and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until halibut is cooked complete. Serve with couscous or orzo pasta.
