- Pick a tough or particularly long workout, such as a run, to adapt into a routine you can do indoors
- Instead of a traditional game of tennis, try racquetball or squash, which are typically played indoors
- Take your workout to a nearby mall with air conditioning and get your heart pumping without overheating
- Do a workout at in the pool at the gym, an easy way to keep cool
- Check out your local gym for a swimming class, such as a water aerobics or synchronized swimming class
