Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
Preparation: For four servings, combine the sour cream and maple syrup in a small bowl and blend thoroughly with a whisk. Mix the berries, and spoon into dessert dishes, pouring the maple cream over the berries.
