- 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
For four servings, combine the sour cream and maple syrup in a small bowl and blend thoroughly with a whisk.
Mix the berries, and spoon into dessert dishes, pouring the maple cream over the berries.
