We all start out young but eventually we all grow old and the best is to start young in eating healthy and doing your regular exercises in growing old gracefully. Nevertheless, what should women eat to stay healthy? According to many experts, they have found five foods to help women age well!   1.     Avocado
This delicious fruit is packed with important nutrients. You can add avocado to salads, or salsa and help increase absorption of certain carotenoids linked to heart disease and macular degeneration. This fruit is a great heart protector as it has folate, soluble fiber, potassium, and vitamin E. You do need to keep in mind that Avocados are rich in calories, so eat moderately.
