Mix the orange zest, juice and gelatin in a separate bowl, set aside for 10 minutes and then microwave on high for 20 seconds. Beat in 3 cups of whipped topping to the mixture, pour it into the crust, cover and put it into the freezer to cool for 3 to 4 hours and then serve. For this preparation, you will need, cornstarch, sweet cherries, granulated sugar, a little bit of fresh lemon juice, almond extract, a pinch of salt, pie dough, cooking spray, some water and one large egg white. Mix the cherries and the next five ingredients together in a bowl and let it stand for about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Roll the dough and fit it into a pie mould.
