Here is a list of a few healthy recipes that can help you get started to live healthy. Oatmeal banana Cookies: For this recipe, you will need only two ingredients. A cup of oats and two bananas. Mash the bananas and mix it with the oats. You can also add raisins and nuts if you prefer. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the mixture in small piles. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes for 180 degrees Celsius. You can have these with milk or green tea and also have them on the go if you are in a hurry. Pepper Eggs: This is a super easy recipe to make. All you will need is a bell pepper and eggs. Cut thin rings out of the bell pepper and place them in a frying pan over a teaspoon of olive oil. Beat one egg in each pepper ring. Add a pinch of salt or any seasoning and let them cook till they are done and voila! You can have these with bread with a healthy side of veggies and fruit. Egg muffins with veggies: Whisk in three eggs, a half a cup of milk and two tablespoons of flour in a mixing bowl. Add any veggies of your choice and sprinkle it with seasonings. Pour the mixture in muffin bowls and bake for 120 degrees Celsius for twenty minutes till they are done. This is a perfect recipe for a quick and a healthy lunch. Lentil Burgers: Gently swirl together some lentils rich in protein with tomato sauce and garlic and spoon them into burger buns to fulfill your burger cravings and also have a fun meal. Brussels sprouts salad with chicken: Brussels sprouts are packed with phyto-nutrients that help preventing cancer. This dish is also packed with a generous amount of potassium which helps lower blood pressure. All you will need is boneless skinless chicken shredded into pieces, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Add all the ingredients together and sprinkle the seasonings. You can also add a bit of parmesan cheese if you please. This is an ideal meal that you can have for dinner. As opposed to all the various types of diets that fitness experts prescribe you, the only diet that happens to be the safest and most effective is maintaining a balanced diet. Never skip a meal. Having home-cooked meals is a much better option. Drinking enough water is also very essential. Eating a proper balanced diet at the proper time and regularly working out is the key to a better life.
